About Professional Change Agents Network (PCAN)Â
Empowering Change Agents to Create Transformational, Systemic ChangeÂ
The Professional Change Agents Network (PCAN) exists to equip leaders, managers, consultants, and professional change agents with the models, frameworks, and tools to create transformational (2nd Order) change — the kind of change that shifts consciousness, culture, and systems at their core.
Our work is grounded in Neuro-Behavioural Modelling (NBM) — an advanced methodology for understanding and replicating the underlying structures that drive human performance, behaviour, and transformation. This research forms the foundation for the change methodologies, training programs, and consulting frameworks we offer through PCAN.
The Intentions of PCAN
At PCAN, we believe that lasting change requires more than strategy or behaviour modification — it requires a shift in consciousness.
We focus on helping professionals learn how to engage the required deeper mindsets, values, and meaning-making processes so that new patterns of thinking, relating, and acting can emerge.
Through our training and professional development programs, we aim to:
- Help change agents understand how people and complex adaptive living systems transform at deeper levels of identity and consciousness.
- Equip them with generative models to influence adaptive, self-renewing change in complex environments.
- Build a community of professionals committed to elevating the quality of decision-making and leadership in society.
Our core areas include:
- Continual development of your Theory of Change / Transformational Change Philosophy for all change agents and thought leaders.
- Organisational Transformational Change methodologies for leaders, consultants, and facilitators.
- Generative Change Methodologies for coaches and personal inner work.
- Peer networking, shared learning, collaborative creation and joint projects.
The Connection Between the Three Sister Sites
PCAN is one of three interrelated expressions of the same body of work — all centred on the research and applications of Marvin Oka, internationally recognised consultant, coach, and thought leader in transformational change.
Together, these three sister sites form a complete ecosystem for generative development at multiple levels of scale:
1. BehaviouralModelling.com
The Research & Training Hub for Change Methodology Development
BehaviouralModelling.com is the home of Neuro-Behavioural Modelling (NBM) — the research methodology developed by Marvin Oka for modelling the behavioural and cognitive structures that produce extraordinary results in people, teams, and systems.
This site is for researchers, change developers, and professional modellers who want to learn the methodology itself — to develop their own models, methods, and IP for transformational change.
It focuses on teaching the tools and processes for constructing original, evidence-based models of human excellence and transformation — the same methodology that underpins every PCAN and Generative Inner Work program.
2. PCAN.online (this site)
Professional Development for Change Agents in Practice
The Professional Change Agents Network (PCAN) makes the findings and applications of Neuro-Behavioural Modelling available to leaders, managers, consultants, and professional practitioners who are implementing change in the real world.
PCAN’s purpose is to translate cutting-edge behavioural modelling research into practical systems, tools, and frameworks that enable professionals to design and lead 2nd Order (transformational) change in organisations, communities, and institutions.
Where Behavioural Modelling Research focuses on developing new knowledge, PCAN focuses on applying that knowledge — turning it into actionable skill sets for effective change leadership.
3. MarvinOka.com
Generative Inner Work for Life Transitions
MarvinOka.com brings the work full circle — applying the same Neuro-Behavioural Modelling principles and generative methodologies to the personal and spiritual dimensions of human development.
Here, Marvin Oka works directly with individuals facing significant life transitions — helping them use change as an opportunity to evolve their identity and way of Being.
Through Generative Inner Work Coaching and the Evolving Self programs, people learn how to transform not just what is happening in their lives, but who they are becoming through it.
About Marvin Oka
Marvin Oka is a Neuro-Behavioural Modeller, consultant, and international thought leader specialising in transformational (2nd Order) change — change that evolves consciousness and enables wiser decision-making at individual, organisational, and societal levels.
Over his 40-year career, Marvin has applied his behavioural modelling research to develop numerous pioneering methodologies, including:
- Generative Learning
- Generative Inner Work and Generative Inner Work Coaching
- Strategic Navigation (with Dr. Richard Hames)
- Wellness Languaging
- Conscious Narrative Coaching (with Dr. Peter Thompson)
- and many other transformational frameworks for leadership, education, and systemic change.
His work is dedicated to cultivating the capacity for wisdom — the ability to see, think, and act from deeper, more generative levels of consciousness to create a more adaptive and humane world.
The Thread That Connects It AllÂ
Across all three platforms — Behavioural Modelling Research, PCAN, and Generative Inner Work for Life Transitions — the unifying thread is this:
Transformation begins with understanding the deeper structures of human consciousness — and using that understanding to evolve how we live, lead, and create together.
Through these interrelated initiatives, Marvin Oka’s mission is to make transformational change learnable, transferable, and generative — for individuals, organisations, and society as a whole.
